We offer one-on-one and semi-private training rates. We assess your current fitness level and design our programs based on your abilities. *Always remember: when a doctor gives you a prescription you need to take it and follow the proper dosage in order to get better. It’s the same idea with personal training. We will provide you with the proper dosage: how many days a week you need to train, what you need to eat to stay nourished, and the amount of rest that is necessary for your body to recover. If you stick with what we prescribe, you will immediately start to look and feel better.
